  Great location, terrible parking. The bar and food service are fine, but the patio is where it's at. Coming for happy hour and then shopping right across the street seems to be a pretty L.A. thing to do, but if you're like me, you'll want to uber in or find some rare street parking to make it all worth your while.

  The Sofitel has a beautiful ambiance from the time you walk through the door. The bar and restaurant together create an elegant indoor-outdoor experience when open to the patio oasis. The guest rooms are well appointed (with your personal Kureg in each), and the rooftop as well as several rooms have great views of the Hollywood Hills. There's adequate meeting space with natural light in most of the rooms.

  Accor has the worst of top tier loyalty program recognition in comparison to any other major hotel chain, including the Sofitel Beverly Hills. FO staff was cold rather than welcoming, fortunately the bell staff was very friendly and attentive which made up for the lack of positive service attitude. Rooms are outdated with low value for money. Agree on previous comments about this being a well located hotel. Gym also very nice, just be aware that the mornings are overcrowded with personal trainers bringing in their outside clients - but still a good setup and everyone was friendly. Not bad not great - average hotel in a good location.

  Very clean and comfy rooms. Great room service and amenities. The pool area is wonderful.he staff were all helpful and kind. The live jazz music on Monday night was amazing.Overall a great experience.

  This is a good hotel. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. The valet is prompt. The hotel restaurant and bar are good and can be pretty lively! I stay at this hotel regularly for business trips. It's very reliably a safe bet for a stay in the Beverley Hills/West Hollywood areas. The rooms facing north have excellent views.
