  I've been going for my husband for over 2 years and it has been very organized and the representatives were pleasant and helpful. But if possible - when this location is closed for construction indefinitely - please note this on the website. Although there is a sign on the door, a lot of people that don't live right in the area (especially those with disabilities) use this location, see on the site that it is open only to travel there and find it closed indefinitely. Thank you.

  Look, I think people are expected to come in and be seen immediately. Most peopel think they are entitled and expect immediate gratification. You go to a government office, you should expect that there may be a wait. This office is very very busy. The people who call your ticket number have been at this the whole day. If they give you a big smile, they are awesome. If they don’t, that means the person before you was nasty and the worker was not treated nicely. If you are upset, ask to see a supervisor. They will help you. And don’t be racist Alex Truthman. How do you know the Chinese people didn’t work? Stop assuming. You probably didn’t ask to see a supervisor. If you did, then you would not be posting, because there is always a supervisor. I go here all the time to help translate for others and a supervisor is always available. They have some new ones now that are probably nicer. So don’t be mean when you didn’t have the patience to wait and ask a supervisor. Don’t be sarcastic when commenting and have an underlying jab at other races. The Chinese workers are awesome. Most of the Russian ones aren’t. I’ll be honest. I see them just sitting there without helping someone, and they just pass the time that way, especially window 25. Once I saw her monitor and she was shopping with a person in front of her.

  First time we walked in took a ticket and in about 20 minutes we had dropped my mom’s documents and left. The lady made an appointment for SSI in 6 days. Super. Than the appointment date came. Time was for 9:01am. 8:55 we get to a window with a ticket. The guy told that they call the name at 9am. So, with a 77 years old woman I was sitting 2 HOURS 45 MINUTES. 3 times approached the windows and was told that someone is signed to the case and will call shortly. Tried to find a supervisor. Nothing. 11:45am we left without saying goodbye to anyone. Windows 7,8,9 and a couple more are working with Chinese only and they are doing great job: working for Chinese and doing good. Every Chinese was leaving the window in a few minutes and with big smiles. Tax payers money goes to Chinese who never work or pay s dime in these country. The other windows were mixed. The worse windows like at Medicaid office or SNAP office are Russians: very lazy, very slow, always walking and talking to each other. Zero rating to these office. Hate the idea that we have to go back.

  Приперся сюда получать справку о том, что я не имею Сошил Секьюрити Намбер, т.е. не резидент США. Взял талон на электронную очередь. Очень много около. Около 35-40 Много народу но очередь идет быстро. Называют голосом номера. Прослушал - будешь долго ждать!) Прождал долго, так как не расслышал своего номера. Пришлось интересоваться. Выяснилось, что здесь такую справку не выдают и нужно ехать в другое место - в Дайнтаун Бруклин на 154 Пиеррпонт. Там я все и получил

  новым иммигрантам на заметку: здесь карточки ssn не выдают. нужно ехать сразу в ssn офис даунтаун Бруклина.
