::I had a second SSI perc interview on June 12th at 9:13AM for 46 minutes with Ms. Zaytseva. She was was extremely rude and gave me false information. She refused to give me a supervisor and hung up on me at the end of the call. I was VERY polite and questioned her false statements (For ex. she said I couldn't withdraw my SSI 2100$ April 2018 backpay and shouldve left it in the bank (WRONG). She said SSI cap is 500$ NOT 800$, WRONG! its 800$ as of 2018. She was spewing false information the whole interview! And was extremely rude. A very bad experience and traumatic. The whole conversation was recorded on her end - to my benefit. The most unprofessional person with no humanity or courtesy that ive ever spoke to in my entire life. I will file official complaints against her malice treatment of me during this interview.

::Line hasn't moved in 45 mins. Expected at a place like this but what is Not expected is this completely unsympathetic guard. This poor elderly man in line not in the best of health ( weak heart, stroke) can no longer stand. He wouldn't let him have a chair. Told his wife to take him back down to lobby.... smh

::I came here yesterday to get a replacement social security card for my son. I read their website and brought a birth certificate and hospital form as forms of ID. I waited 2 hours with a baby to be told that they were not valid. They should have another in the front checking everyones paperwork so they dont have people waiting for no reason. Also, bring a pen with you. BTW, I dreaded meeting this awful security guard everyone wrote about, but he turned out to be professional, polite and quite nice! I think this is someone new.

::20 mins from the moment I got in until I got out. Took one week for the Social Security Card to arrive by mail. Excellent service! The security guard was super helpful (even though providing information is not part of his job!). I really don't understand why people are complaining.

::What this place lacks is the human resources allocated to cater to the people here. There are 50 seats, 5 rows with 10 chairs each. However there are only two people in this building that's supposed to handle all of this. As I speak, everyone is assigned a number. When your number is called, someone is there to help you finalize your next step. Unfortunately, when you only have 2 people that is assigned to this role, it is undoubtedly a terrible experience for the rest of us. In context of this bring a government entity, so too does to the people working here embody that responsibility. My critique does not lie in the inability for the people to work here to do their job. They do a fine job, the best they can do and handle. Rather, my critique goes out to the manager who thought it was a good idea to have two people working on your shift. Very unthoughtful. Perhaps they have no choice because of lack of resources or funding, but ciest LA views. Also making an appointment doesn't really help. There's only 1 person assigned
