::The reviews really make this place sound dreadful which also made me hesitant when l needed to go there to handle paperwork. I made sure to alott a couple of hours. Its not as bad it sounds. There are so many people and not every experience is the same but its deft. bearable. Too many people have no patience but its a process. We cant just expect them to attend only us when there is a line of people dealing with various different issues. They should try to fasten the pace but once again, there are people who may need more time in their appointments than what the office expected. They were friendly and for the most part, helpful for any questions l had.

::Security is very rude with people. Most of the senior citizen can’t able to understand and speak English properly. As a result, senior citizen may not follow all rules and regulations. Example: If any senior citizen talks in phone, doesn’t know how to take ticket or doesn’t know what to do, f**g security becomes so mad. I think he has mental issues. Stuffs are good who works inside the window.

::I accompanied my husband when he went to sign up for SS & Medicare on 02/01/18. We found everyone we dealt with to be very pleasant. Mr Caleca was very helpful, well informed and easy to work with. We went back today (02/06) with a form and for help with the online account sign-up; Ms Zheng was also very helpful and nice. Service on both days was very prompt. We actually spent more time on hold on the phone trying to make the original appointment than we did waiting to be serviced. I don’t usually bother writing reviews for things like this, but I do read them. I felt it was important because I was dreading coming here after reading some of the other reviews. I was happily surprised by how nice it was and how smoothly everything went.

::Horrible service. Had appointment for 10:30 got there 10:00 and was called at 2 pm. Was discriminated for not having certain documents as I was acting on behalf of my child. Staff told me I won’t be approved and when I do decide to get up and get a job and get off welfare I must let them know. The old lady behind the counter harassed me to put down a contact I had for child which I have NO ONE she was so desperate she agreed to put down school staff at my son school saying they’re responsible for child. How????? There’s no court order stating any of that
