  I went here 3 times since October. Once with an appointment. When I had the appointment she was terrific, spent much time with me and explained everything. She was very prompt with my appointment. When I didn't have an appointment I went early in the morning, got my number and expected to wait a long time. It was better t h an expected. Each time I met with a worker that was curteous, knowledgeable and helpful. I cannot complain.

  This place does not even deserve a star! These workers are turtles! They are so rude. Talk to people as if they're idiots. There's 6 counters and only 2 people are working others are chatting away in the back. This place is disgusting!

  Unbelievably bad service. Long wait, and absolute indifference. They just don't care about people.

  I always have a positive experience here. All if the workers are knowledgeable. They take the time to answer my questions, and explain everything.

  Went today for several specific reasons waited an 1 hour to get to window. We encountered Ms Polite a pleasant knowable person who with a friendly aura about her, she said we should see an examiner Waited another hour then we were helped by Ms Jenkins who was a very friendly soft spoken person who helped us and explained everything clearly. Both individuals were very professional and polite a credit to the social security administration
