  I work for a construction company that travels throughout the country, and Soap Gnome's prices and service is top tier. Mike picked up laundry from our site for the duration of the project. He's dependable, professional, and also has competitive pricing. He was a pleasure to work with, and I'd recommend Soap Gnome to anyone.   This is a revised review as i was asked to take my first one down until my stolen jeans issue was solved. The owner contacted me upon my first review as to why i didnt contact him before writing such a bad review, so i took down my review and offered him the chance to solve the issue. I was told he would review cameras and fure the person responsible. However, he called me back telling me it was too difficult to review the cameras and the staff that handled my order offered to pay me for the said stolen jeans. No one was fired they just paid me off. Also the jeans were bought for me feom my husband for our anni ersary so the personal value was more to me than the pay off the offered. Not to mention during figuring things out his staff even went as far to lie and tell him i had came in and already found my jeans etc to try and cover their own ass. Will never go back would not recommend to anyone. If zero was an option that would be my rating.
