  This guy needs to understand that he's in a different country, not Bangladesh. He treats people like they're laborers asking for a favor. Extremely rude and you probably won't understand what he's trying to say anyway. You take your tax documents over and he'll discuss everything in front of the other folks waiting on the side - no privacy what so ever. I lived a few blocks away so I figured why not try my neighborhood services. Now I've moved to a different neighborhood and good riddance, never again at this place. Avoid at all costs. Also, you'll probably end up owing money to the govt. - if you file through this dude. I'm using an alias because this guy has all my info...you get the drift. Again, look elsewhere.

  The guy is extremely rude. He doesnt know how to treat customers with respect. Lack of attention. It doesnt surprise me its always empty. Nobody wants to be treated like that.
