  If I tell you not to peel my solar set off from the top of my Real nail don’t do it. It hurts and it thins the top of the Real nail bed, causing pain before the new set! I need to be understood, so I can get the service I want. If I have to wait for you to soak my fake nails in acetone I will do that, and you can start on someone else’s nails. It may be an even better idea to remove my nails at home with acetone before getting a new set. Also, pay attention when you are using that drill to clean up the nail. There has been too many times that I am left bleeding bc you want to turn your head and talk while you can potentially cause harm to your client. Please pay attention and listen to your customer. I want be back. I don’t like how you all talk in your foreign language about your customers. Don’t assume that other people don’t understand what you are saying bc they don’t look like you.

  They have very basic colors and services. They have an attitude sometimes and don't fully understand what you want. They can execute if you continue to correct or redirect them. They've done well on just basic colors and designs.
