  I've been calling my caseworker since March 5th to reschedule my appointment and it is now the day of my appointment March 8th and my case worker still isn't answering after stating that if I do not attend these appointments my cash assistance that I am not even receiving because I'm still applying will be cut off before I even get it and if I call any other number that has to do with the HRA they tell me I have to speak to my case worker that does not answer the phone and you can't change a caseworker without going in so if you cannot leave the house because you're in too much pain then you're just assed out of luck with getting government assistance unless you're willing to start everything over from the beginning.

  I received my snap recertification with no return envelope and no address. I reached someone for a address sent it out but it was returned -Vacant-. Now every number I dial listed on the web.. no one answers, or the number is no good! service sucks!!!!!! One star is too much

  I was very suprise how fast the process took. I got there at 10:00am and I was like dam I'm going to be here all day. I was actually there only for 45 mins 👌🏻. Thank god I was place to go to this location
