  They take 10 minutes to make your smoothie, then they don't take your money until after it's made, so add another minute. The whole process takes way too long and the employees don't display any sense of urgency no matter how many people are waiting.

  The spinach ginger lemon smoothie is fantastic. The downtown location seems to be pretty quiet typically and they get your smoothie out pretty quickly. It seems like there are a fair number of 'regulars' which the individuals really engage with which had a nice feel about it.
