  Most amazing place ever! I absolutely love the bubble tea and coconut waffles, & the workers are always friendly. I'm a regular customer every week literally! I always enjoy it

  Only visited twice so far but their Vietnamese Iced coffee is the best in the area. Its run by a family and they are always very kind. Also heard their po-boys were stellar! I plan on trying them soon.

  new place never crowded. the tapioca isn't sweet as in other places, there's no flavor. but they have dippin dots as well!
