  They make great pastrami hero's. Parking lot there sucks to small.

  Smiley's is solid, it's clean and inviting inside, bagels are ok, overall probably a 7.2/10 for Staten island, won't let you down, I've been a few times, if you get the bagels toasted you'll have better luck. The owner is nice and usually close by if you have questions or concerns. Priced fairly well, as a matter of fact I might stop by here on my way back now that I'm thinking about it

  they dont make anything good everytime i order a bagel its wrong it not hard to make a egg sandwish

  Great service and I could sit eat and watch the news on 📺 and play scratch offs.
