  Second time here. The burger was disappointing. I got the double pub burger it was just greasy and really small. Should've went to Steak and Shake, their burgers are better and less expensive (I feel like Smash Burger is a poor copy of them)

  The staff is young but, they are awesome ! The Pub Burger is amazing & it was only $4 !! My boyfriend likes to add all type of toppings & they didn't bat an eye and added it all on there just the way he wanted it . I would recommend to anyone, especially with kids. They eat free with the purchase of an adult meal on WEDNESDAY. GREAT PLACE 20 STARRRSSSS 😀

  The food here is good however, the staff is not. I keep trying to give them another chance because i love the burgers, but this was my last straw today. Yesterday i called 4 times trying to make a call in order and when i got there it was dead and they said they phone never rang. The last time i was there before that i was supposed to get a GF bun and they gave me a regular bun and because they were out of them they gave me a credit for my next order. When i arrived yesterday they were giving me a hard time about the credit. Today i was put on hold for over 5 mins while trying to make a to go order and then got disconnected. Tried to call back 2 more times and no one ever answered.

  Fast food with upscale choices for your burgers. I had the BBQ bacon cheese burger with fried onion straws, fries and a drink for $5 all day on Tuesdays! You can NOT beat that deal!! They even have tater tots (my favorite)! I wold have given them another star, but one of their drink machines was totally out of Diet Coke AND Coke Zero! At least it was there in the other drink machine. In Smashburger’s favor, they do have the Coke products in endless configurations! Can’t wait to try this place again, probably next Tuesday!

  When you first enter the restaurant, you’re greeted with great cashiers ready to take your order. Soon after, your food arrives (about 10 minutes cook time) and you begin to dine on these delicious fries and burgers. I will say the burgers are great, but not as good as a Shake Shacks. Maybe it’s a different type of beef or seasoning used; but it’s different. The place is generally clean (the dirtiest was just the soda fountain but those are typically dirty...) and the atmosphere is family-friendly. Highly recommended.
