  Once upon a time, I rated this place five stars. Based on our last five or six visits, in reducing my rating. This last time really took the cake. I ordered a bacon avocado crispy chicken sandwich, and was given a burger. No big deal, mistakes happen, right? I asked them to fix it and I was informed that if you don't ask specifically for your bacon avocado crispy chicken sandwich "WITH CHICKEN," your chicken sandwich comes as a burger. They refused to fix it. That was the last straw in a downward spiral of declining customer service, wrong orders, and abnormally long wait times. A shame, because their haystacks taste like my favorite little burger shack back home.

  A short step above your favorite fast food. The price is a little bigger step above your favorite fast food. $14.11 for a burger, small fries and 20 oz drink. I doubt I'll go back. For those that like the place, or want try it, there is parking in the back.

  Really good. Got the bbq burger and it was tasty. Needed more bbq sauce but i like my food drowned in sauce so maybe the amount was ok. Fries were good very crispy, not the biggest portion but byb the end of the meal they were enough. Milkshake and was great!

  Good burger at gourmet burger prices. About 7.50 for a "Big" burger with specialty toppings. However there are burger places around that offer similar quality at a slightly better prices. Great food though.
