  It really close to MCDC and the court House. If you only there for about 15- 20 minutes or lass it free. The cost is $1.60.

  I don't come to Portland downtown very often but smart park is a great choice. Reasonable rates, well lit and generally clean

  I parked for 11 hrs overnight at this location and they charged me $30 freaking dollars. That's double than all the other parking options around!!

  It's convenient to park here and less expensive than most street level lots. Street parking in the evening beats smart park, but for convenance smart Park has it beat.

  Good, cheap, well located parking in Portland. Short-term parking made easy (it gets expensive for longer-term parking).
