  I went for i lipo, but decided to do fat cavitation and electro muscles stimulation and lipotropic injection. I got 3 sessions . I like result.

  I have decided to to go for I lipo laser treatment. I went in for a free consultation, we discussed the package deal that would give me the best results. I have decided to go with the gold package which was 6 sessions for $200 the assistant explained to me that everything is included with the treatments except for the massage. The massage was an additional cost of $25. The same day I decided to do the treatment. After The first treatment I was not too happy with my results. I felt like they have cheated me and they didn't give me proper instructions as in what to do before and after the treatment, poor poor service. I left there very disappointed. I made a complaint to the owner on that day and requested a refund after the first session. She then convinced me that I would see results right away and not to worry. I asked what type of food should i be eating she said to me oh its the weekend enjoy yourself eat what you feel like.I thought this was crazy and did not sound right. I went in for the second treatment thinking this might work, still wasn't happy. I just knew after the second treatment it wasn't going to work and I no longer want to proceed with anymore of their treatments. I requested a refund to her assistant through text and she never got back to me. I tried calling, texting and she ignored me. That day I texted her that I would come in for my money. So finally the business owner Natasha calls me back and said she would give me my refund and told me to come in the next day for it. I came in the following day for my refund and I was given a check of $56.01 for two sessions that I've done out of the six. She told me that I was paying for 4 sessions.. the lipo & the Electric Muscle Stimulator (EMS). This was not so, that was discussed and confirmed When I came in for the consultation that everything was included except the massage.She was very rude, nasty and so unprofessional. She is all for the money does not care about what your trying to accomplish. She seemed to be like a very nice lady in the beginning once i requested a refund her whole attitude changed towards me and did not even say hello, or good morning when i came in. Natasha and her assistant are not a friendly person only when they got your money. They have cheated me and they will do the same to you. I would NOT recommend this place to no one

  It was my first time visiting and I have to say that I am very pleasantly surprised by the services and the staff. They were so pleasant and helpful and I enjoyed every moment spent there. I am satisfied with the results also. I will continue to be a regular customer. Love this place and I recommend it to every woman that wants to take care of herself. Thank you to all the staff.
