  I highly recommend Sleepy Hollow for their service and customer commitment. I had them remove a freestanding fireplace from my home that I was replacing with a European model coming from the Czech Republic. Ray and Jen helped throughout the entire process. They accepted delivery of my new fireplace to their facility and delivered and installed it. The work was carefully done and their prices were very reasonable. They have a cleaning service as well!!

  We visited the store multiple times . Each time we experienced wonderful help . The salesman , Bart , was extremely knowledgeable and guided us through the process . He helped us choose the right unit for our needs and answered every question throughly. Our instillation went without a hitch. Our installer was friendly , efficient , and was also an expert in his field. We would positively recommend Sleepy Hollow to anyone interested ........

  Very happy with Sleepy Hollow team and the stove I bought (wood). It's amazing wood stove. Small but very powerful. It keeps the home warm during the works on my new heater / boiler. And it was in the winter with very cold temperature. We had a minor leak problem on a outside pipe, but quickly fix and not fault of the installation. I highly recommend Sleepy Hollow.

  Very pleasantly surprised at the easy going, low key atmosphere at Sleepy Hollow. The salesman was extremely patient and very helpful with my picking out gas logs & fireplace doors. Scheduling was simple. They arrived exactly when they said they would. The installation mechanic was very respectful & professional. Highly recommend Sleepy Hollow Fireplace & Stove!

  In 2001 I purchased a wood burning stove from sleepy hollow, I was extremely happy with showroom, service and their competitive pricing. I also used sleepy hollow to clean my chimney annually. So in 2017 after I purchased a new home and in the market for a gas fireplace, I returned to see Ray and Bart. I had a good idea what I wanted and Bart took the time to show me all of my options. I couldn't be happier with the fireplace I chose. Ray's installation mechanics were professional, prompt and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend Sleepy Hollow for your fireplace need.
