  I went here to purchase a mattress that day and was met by a very unattentive salesman who proceeded to answer the phone several times while I was asking questions regarding the financing options. In the end the result was him offering ~100 off $2000+ mattresses for the"big labor day sale" they were having. I asked if this was the maximum amount off and the policy the Tempur Pedic mattress brand I was looking for had regarding this deal. His response was "what price can you give me to get your business today. I can make a phone call" This type of shady business practice is unacceptable in my eyes. Just be honest up front. I ended up going to mattress overstock a few miles away, and had an excellent experience. I purchased my mattress there for significantly less than any offer made at sleep outfitters for their "extended labor day sale."

  I recently purchased a bed from this store and it was a very positive experience. An employee provided a detailed breakdown of their offerings and helped me find the bed that I was looking for at a reasonable price. They were also able to deliver my bed and haul away my old mattress the next day. I had put off buying a new mattress for a few months. Had I known how painless Sleep Outfitters would make the purchase I would've had my new bed months ago.
