  I have used sleep outfitters for several years due to exceptional customer service, staff knowledge, professionalism and a no pressure atmosphere. In addition, they completely back the 120-day exchange policy without hassle. Just when I thought the companies customer service could get no better, I made my most recent purchase at the Harrodsburg Road-Lexington location and can easily say they are a true example of, "Above and beyond!"
