  Spent 12k on a bed, and delivery kept being pushed back and back with nothing more than an automated email. Horrible customer service. Don't care how great the bed is, customer service is king, and this place has no concept of that

  Nice showroom, Beds and mattresses are on the expensive side but rated very well.
