  As soon as I walked in Anjelica greeted me and began to ask me how she could help me. She was so patient and not pushy. I layed on the bed for approx 45mins with no pressure. Great experience.

  Horrible customer experience. I walked into this store to try a sleep number bed for the first time. There was no one there to greet me. I sat on a bed to try it out, I then observed the controls. A man came and asked if he could help me. Then right away he told me not to play with the remote (why have the remote there if you can't look at it)? Every other furniture place I've gone to allows people to try out everything freely. After he began bragging about his sleep number and how he is a expert, the whole experience made me feel awkward and as if he felt I was a waste of time and could not get the bed. I left after and will never go back. Get better customer service.
