  Purchased a sleep number bed from Josh at the Opry Mills location. Super customer service at this store, as well as fair pricing. The bed is a wonderful new addition to our home, makes for a very happy family. Many thanks to Josh for all his guidance.

  our Sleep Number mattress and base are amazing .Josh Parker at the port mills location is very knowledgeable and we wouldn’t have our mattress and base without him breaking down how important a mattress is and why. I sleep pain free and throughout the night because if his help.

  Absolutely terrible customer service at this location. Do not shop here, and especially do not buy from Bobby. Pointed to a bed on showroom, bought it, arrived not looking like the one I pointed to. Called Bobby, said he would take care of it, strung me out for months —guess he hoped I would forget. Finally, he tells me that they can’t send me an $87 bed skirt to make things right. $8K bed, and we are going back and forth about a bed skirt. Funny part, I called Sleep Number corporate about it, they OVERNIGHTED me a bed skirt for free. Literally, that’s all I had to do. Bed is great, Sleep Number customer service is on point, but don’t buy from this location.
