  We arrived and there was a manager at the desk when we got in. We checked in really quick, all they needed was I'd and credit card. Room was as expected, if not a little nicer.

  I only stayed for one night, but the people at the front desk are really nice. Also, the rooms are pretty good. It's about what you'd expect of best western, but a little less fancy. Beware of the additional costs if you damage anything or if you take anything from the room. The breakfast is free and pretty basic: sausage, egg, toast, biscuits, Apple&orange juice, milk, cereal, etc.

  I've been a guest of this hotel almost 10 times in the last few years for work. It's always clean and affordable. Never had any issues whatsoever. Sure it's not a luxury hotel but it's more than ample. It's also exceptionally convenient to I-10 and the Mall area with plenty of options for food, shopping, movie theaters, and the gym.

  I'm an elite diamond member with choice hotels. Stopped here after a long drive from California on my way to Miami. These guys were hospitable and acknowledged my ranking with the elite status. Not only did they give me a great rate, they also upgraded me to a suite free of charge! The room was very elegant the bed was divine and the establishment was quiet giving me some well needed rest before getting back on the road. They gave me no problems with my service animal and welcomed us in as if we were family. Would without a doubt stay again
