  Very small breakfast area that only accomedates 20 guest, T.V. was not working, bathroom lock and the knob to control the water temp in the shower were broken!

  Bad WIFI, The walls in our room were dirty and needed painting. Terrible experience, problem with Choice Hotels. Took 30min to check in. Otherwise no to bad. Last time I stayed there had a better experience.

  I enjoyed staying at Sleep Inn hotel. Ive stayed at more "fancy, expensive" hotels and this hotel was by far my favorite! Very friendly people & they called our room to make sure our stay was going good. Breakfast was amazing! I would stay again.

  Check-in was easy. Request for ground floor filled. Bathroom smelled of smoke, sink at vanity dripped all night, dust bunnies in most corners. Older facilities but was a bed and shower and convenient for a very busy weekend in the area.

  The fitness center was closed for our 6 day stay. 2 weeks after my stay was complete, my credit card statement revealed a 100 dollar charge from day1 of my stay. I called the hotel to inquire. The Manager stated I was being charged for smoking in my room. I expressed that I was not a smoker and that there must be some mistake. She then be and rude and told me the 100 dollar charge is policy. I asked for proof and was told she took pictures, but no longer have them. I have disputed with Choice Privelages. If that doesn't work then a credit card fraud claim will be started.
