  I purchased a mattress from Sleep Etc and had a great experience working with the staff. While they only deal in high quality products i didn't feel like i was pressured at all. We purchased a mattress and have truly enjoyed every night. But here is the remarkable thing about this store, a couple of years later we had a small problem with the mattress. I dug out the old email contact and reached out Jeff Klein who was on the phone shortly afterward calling me to fix our issue. We have purchased other furniture that is supposed to have extraordinary after service support such as Knoll, Boffi ...and this small company is so much better than anyone we have dealt with...really remarkable.
