::The food is good although I have only had their fried chicken Sammy and soup but those are great for a weekday lunch ...it us a very limited menu which s the only drawback I have with this place...but a good spot for a quick lunch

::We were fairly unimpressed with Skillet, especially for the price that they charge for their food. The grilled cheese was partially melted slices of American cheese and tasted like something thrown together from a pantry. The chicken and waffles tasted good and the waffle was perfectly cooked, but the chicken was about a 3/5. Would not recommend this place.

::This place was on our list for months. After finally going for brunch one weekend morning I'm not sure why. The service was OK, although not timely. The restaurant was clean and the menu looked great. The food seemed to be missing something. Nothing really stood out. We weren't too impressed. Great location, great menu, poor execution.

::Some dishes (especially those with fried chicken) seemed good, but there were definitely more hits than misses among the items we ordered. Undressed salads, poutine with cheddar rather than curds, and no supply of key ingredients for some cocktails on the menu. Staff were polite and accommodating, but the food was not worth the price.
