  I've updated my review (to 3 stars) as I didn't intent to record a one star review. I've had good experiences in the past with Ski Haus but I saw a change in attitude last year. What prompted my lower review was a rude response from employees and management in a trip last year.

  We had a season rental of ski boots for my 9 year old. The staff were helpful.

  The place is nice but the owner is not. His name is Nick and you can tell all he wants is your money and that's it, doesn't care about you, only your wallet.

  Easily the best ski shop in the Hudson Valley. The employees were all friendly and helped my father and I out a lot with different items that we were looking for this season. Rentals are very trustworthy and the best ones I've ever gotten from a ski shop. Recommend this store to ANYONE looking for a great deal and great equipment.
