  I called to ask if they could check to see if they had a couple of styles in stock. The girl that answered the phone told me to call back after an hour. She didn't ask if I would please call back in an hour. She told me to call back in an hour. She said that the store was really busy and they'd have coverage then. And before I could say anything, she hung up. I had already called a few local retail and outlet stores. All of them provided excellent customer service. This store could use some assistance in that department. Also, it would be nice if you could check Skechers store inventory online.

  The manager was super nice with me when I came back to return my sneakers event without my receipt. Excellent customer service experience
