  A great oasis in the middle of the city. You can lounge around, read up on the plants and flowers, volunteer for gardening. A nice was to spent a lazy day

  Wonderful relaxing community garden with free music and other events. Great place to hang out. Lovely diverse plantings. Gem.

  serene. clean garden. well-maintained. community garden--so it's basically run by locals in the 'hood. there is fair amount of trees, plant life, etc. to get your nature immersion on. there some seating spread out...throughout. it's a great place to relax and take a breather during warm days in the Spring, Summer, and Fall. bring a book, edumacate yo'self. i think you can bring food in if you're fairly discreet about it and clean up after yourself. there used to regular activities and programming in the garden. the garden is open fairly irregularly and seems to be used as a hangout out by the old people who maintain it...which is pretty stank. outside of that weirdness, the garden is pretty cool. drops mic cuz i know you're GREEN with envy. i out
