  Professional and courteous always keeps the customer and the owners best interest at heart negotiates well and is trustworthy. I've been dealing with them for over 5 years or so and I would recommend Denise and her crew 100% to run any estate sale in the tri state area.

  I had a great experience working with Denise and her team. She came to our house and explained exactly how her company works. We had a very successful day and she was able to get everything sold for us even our piano. I haven't stopped talking about how well organized and honest she is. I already recommended her to people.   Waited an hour in line outside just to wait another hour inside because the only things I wanted to see were in a room where they were only letting in 1 person at a time. Got inside and was blown away at the prices. Absolutely absurd. On eBay a few years back I was able to buy something they were selling only they had tripled the price I bought it for. And to top it off literally everything was dirty and in terrible condition. When I told the man who was in charge of the room, I guess he wasn't a sister, he showed me a price of the item on eBay, that was THE EXACT SAME PRICE only it was NEW on eBay. So he offered me a generous price of twice what I payed for it. I was also insulted by the staff, telling me I wouldn't buy anything of theirs to my face. Well they were right. Don't go to sisters in charge unless you want to waste gas and time.

  We used these folks to manage the sale of my mother in law's estate. Denise is exactly the right person to come in, evaluate and sell, in our case, over 50 years of accumulated treasures. She and her crew absolutely exceeded our expectations. I don't live in New York and I will never need to use her services again but I would highly recommend her to anyone who does. After the sale I would also highly recommend using the clean out service owned by her son. Robert came in did a quick assessment, quoted a price within hours and did the work with a top notch crew and finished with in our budget and on a tight time line.
