::The manager or owner, PATTI, has been both nice and ugly. She curses people out if they cross her somehow, but then the next time you come in she's all "hello Bebe" and gives homeless people the look. I rate it a 3 for that reason, but also... THEY DONT ACCEPT FOOD STAMPS????
