  always overcrowded due to limited gas tanks. the gas stations typically do not work. gas is overpriced compared to surrounding gas stations. looks run down and not well kept. parking is always an ordeal.

  It took nearly twenty minutes to refuel my car twelve gallons of gas with a negative wind chill. Unacceptable.
