  Mr . Gomez We appreciate your business but a simple phone call could have answered your question. ( complaint ) In the twenty five years I've been repairing electronics at Simpson's Television , I've never seen a PC module with a bad solder connection be repaired with glue, We wouldn't ever make such a repair . We soldered your PC module then glued OVER the solder for the extra stability that you requested .. I make small repairs like yours as a customer service to our small community; they are not profitable. I'm certain that your device is in perfect working order now and after it left our shop . We are always here to answer any concerns you may have . We have had other customers in the past years with questions and concerns. They have always made contact with us personally.

  Most of the reviews here about this TV repair dump place probably never check on the repair but I brought to them a amp p/a board for them to soldered .I thought that this place was a professional radio and TV technician but instead soldered my equipment they use hot glue gun to repair the circuits that they should soldered and charge me 20 dollars for something that I could done myself So think about it now that they don't repair the stuff the way they should the stealing money from customer also the hot glue is not going to hold for to long I have no idea how this people are still open for business never go back again to that garbage place

  Great service they had fix all my family televisions and we never had any problems with it after they been fix

  I brought my Sony Wega in after a rough ride in the moving van left it lifeless and they repaired it in no time and their work is guaranteed. I also picked up a "new to me" Big Screen for the Big Game for less than I paid in gas the past two weeks!! (under $300) The shop is a bit cluttered with televisions but I got good service and a good deal in family owned and operated shop and will be using them again.

  No customer service skills and had to bring the tv back on several occassions and communication was horrible this is family business and they work when they feel like it..
