  My wife and I both see Dr Karen McMillan and have been even before she joined Simpson Optical. We both feel that she is very thorough and helpful. Our appointments at Simpson are always on time and I can’t remember ever having to wait. I would definitely recommend Simpson Optical to anyone. They have a very accommodating staff as well.

  This is the greatest place with the greatest doctors and staff. It is fascinating to see all the things they check in your eyes (and they do let you see the results!). So thorough and interesting! When I leave I feel that they know everything about my eyes that needs to be known to keep me seeing clearly. Plus, they are all very friendly. A great experience!

  On my first visit I had an appointment with Dr. Joy. This is a much larger office than I expected and it was very busy inside, there were many receptionists to check patients in. I had a minimal wait time and was into see the doctor quickly. It was a very pleasant and quick exam. I wanted both glasses and contacts but focused on glasses. After my exam there were so many frames to choose from and I had someone to personally help me. I chose to have a frame held but ended up finding exactly what I wanted at Warby Parker. With the year ending I forgot to get my contacts and use my optical insurance, they got me back in that same day to have a contact fitting where Dr. Joy solved my contact problem by offering me once daily contacts. She also price matched them to an online dealer. I thought this would be a fight, that I would have to pay for another exam but I was so happy and highly satisfied with my experience. I wanted to thank Simpson Optical and Dr. Joy with a five star review 😊
