::DO NOT GET ANYTHING REPAIRED HERE. They’ve managed to break the phone worse than we brought it in. THREE times. Horrible techs, HORRIBLE costumer service. Literally impossible to get ahold of. You have to physically go there and wait hours. I would recommend anywhere else.

::After Vanderbilt’s simply Mac did the absolute bare minimum to help me with my laptop when it needed repair, they told me it might be worth it to just get a new laptop but I knew that was not the case since mine is still rather new, and it was just a problem with my display. I went here for a second opinion and I was helped immediately. They took my Mac in for repair, and had it back to me within a day of visiting on a holiday weekend. Save yourself time and a headache by coming here first!

::Still the best place in town to take your Mac for service. Great staff who will work with you to give you the options available before you make a decision.

::I have been to this store several times, once for iPhone repair, one for MacBook Pro, several times to ask for advice on getting my devices to play nice with each other. It is a pleasure to find such knowledgeable staff without the crushing crowds at the malls. I live 5 minutes from green hills mall, but the extra time driving to this store is DEFINITELY worth it!

::I've been a customer since 2014, when I bought my first Apple at this location. I left a five-star review on Google at the time because they were so friendly. In the years that followed, I referred numerous friends and family members there, including my husband. However, things have dramatically changed in this mismanaged shop. My husband's Thunderbolt monitor was flickering constantly. I talked him out of taking it to the Apple Store, which is inside a mall, and instead taking it to this location, which had given me great service in the past. I volunteered to drop it off and from the moment I walked in, I could tell things had changed. The gentleman who entered me into the system had no idea what he was doing and had to ask for help simply to enter our information. He was unsmiling and unfriendly, even when I went above and beyond to be nice. He stated THREE TIMES before I left that they'd call within 24 hours to let my husband know the status. He estimated they'd be done in 48 hours and I could pick it up, but said he'd call. Ten days passed. My husband called repeatedly, since they weren't calling us. When he finally got in touch with them, they said they "can't replicate the problem" so there was nothing they could do. I worked in I.T. for 13 years and part of troubleshooting should be to ask the customer to bring his laptop in to determine if there's something wrong with the signal it's sending. If Apple technicians can't do basic troubleshooting, what can they do? Finally, he took his laptop in and tried to get them to troubleshoot. They acted like they couldn't be bothered. He showed them where the physical cable was bent where it goes into the laptop. They didn't care. Worst of all, the manager lied and said she told ME (I never spoke to her) that it would be ten days. Ten days to look at a monitor? Bad customer service, no tech support skills--stay far away from this location and go to the Apple Store instead. This "premier partner" has me no longer trusting any third party Apple recommends.
