::Horrible customer service. The guy behind the counter was rude and I ended up leaving without having my computer fixed. I rearranged my schedule to try and get my computer looked at and going to Simply Mac was a complete waste of time.

::Just like the other location, they don’t answer the damn phone. 1 hour later and consistent calling yields nothing but a voicemail line which they too ignore and don’t return customer messages. This place is a joke and almost identical to the Portland location off Multnomah St.

::Booked through Apple site for a replacement battery for iPhone. Got to store and they didn't honor my appointment booked with Apple and told me it would be the weekend before they could replace my iPhone battery. It was Monday. Frustrated with SimplyMac for not having a better system in place with Apple. If you are an authorized service location, can't you find a better booking/scheduling arrangement with them? It's 2018. I can do better with a landline and a paper calendar. Unhappy that I wasted more than an hour driving to Clackamas and find out that they can't actually help me after Apple indicating that they can. This is the fourth time I've been burned by choosing a non-corporate Apple location. My fault for thinking they've worked out the kinks and can offer the same level of service. My advice is to take the time and choose a real Apple corporate store for your needs.

::Poorly organized system. Waited for 20 minutes standing in line to try and ask about the Apple Pencil while employees helped others learn their new products. Great to see customers get good help but maybe they could staff a floor person to help field general questions and not get bogged into 20 minutes in-services with each customer

::They were backed up and estimated my MacBook would stay there for about 6 days. Customer service was great. They charge for diagnostics which I wish I would’ve known before driving 30 min out there. The apple support representative mentioned that it wouldn’t cost me anything unless they actually replaced something in the hardware. 5 stars for them 1 star for Apple Support
