Its an easy to navigate website with lots of product detail and photos, and the one time I needed customer service they were very helpful. This is my go-to shopping mall for all of my furniture needs. I can't recommend Simple Stores enough!

::Courteous customer service helped me place my order by phone. Order confirmation was received via email and clearly outlined time it would take to ship and time it would take to be delivered. Both occurred faster than was outlined!

::Highly disappointed. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE! I ordered an item on 6/19, website says FAST SHIPPING. It was originally scheduled to ship 6/26. Great! Then it got pushed back to 6/29 after I checked the status of my order online. No one called or emailed me to tell me my ship date had been delayed. Then I called after 6/29 passed and I was told my item was backordered until 8/7. Again no call or email, I had to call to get this status update. They charged my credit card twice within this time frame when they said they would not charge it until the item shipped. When I called to cancel my order on 7/7 the lady said she could not guarantee my refund as the order had already been placed. WHAT?!?! You just told me it was backordered and would not ship until 8/7. She confirmed it was still backordered. Terrible experience and false advertising for shipping. ***UPDATE*** I did receive my refund on 7/15. I ordered the exact same item from Wayfair 7/8 and received it on 7/14 with free shipping. It did come out to be $10 more because of taxes but well worth it.

::I ordered two twin beds, my order was processed shipped an I recieved it a week after ordering, one problem the color was all wrong it was what I had ordered but way darker than the picture online I called the company and requested a return slip after being assured id recieve a full refund I then bought two more of the same beds in a different color. I got my return form the following day scheduled a pick up and waited one week later even over a holiday weekend i recieved my new beds and color was perfect same day i had a email they recieved my returned beds and was processing my refund, checking my bank later that night and the refund was in there already. Simple stores made my mess up very easy to deal with and i would definitely order again!!!!!!!

::My wife ordered two tables and they both were damaged in shipping. Why 5 stars then? Well, the customer service is GREAT! They took care of it and made the process easy. We will definitely use The Simple Stores again, and again.
