  They did not perform the MRI I came into get on my neck! Instead, they imaged something else! It was a 2 1/2 hour ordeal (major admin delays with front desk). How can this happen? Shouldn’t consent forms and processes specify what test you are able to get & for what? I was very clear on why I was there. They said nothing and just proceeded. I’m thinking maybe they just wanted to bill & collect $$. They should have stopped and not done test when what I was talking about didn’t match their orders! Unbelievable!

  My visit was exceptional. The staff was super friendly and helpful. At the 1180 Post St. location in San Francisco, they validate parking for the next door garage which is so cool. If I have to be imaged again, I will definitely return to them.

  Great experience with SimonMed for a routine check. Arrived timely for my appointment, was called in right away. Cetty and Diana were very professional and super-sweet. :)

  The front office never answers their phone. I was calling for over 45 minutes because I could not find the location since I am not from the area, and when I finally arrived late, they were not even apologetic about the lack of service. They also stated that I had “returned” since I was checked in for over an hour and had left- um no. They never check any ID or anything so who even know if the images are for the right person? They didn’t apologize for mistaking me for someone else, rather they just kept rushing me because supposedly I had checked in an hour ago, even though I explained I have been lost for over 45 minutes. The 2 stars goes to the student tech who was kind enough to hold my hand during the MRI because I was too scared, and the actual tech performing the test; they were both friendly and tried their best to make me feel comfortable, even if it meant to remind me to just turn my head or grab me some water. I would suggest that when scheduling appointments, remind the patient about construction and provide the easiest way to get to the clinic. Google and Waze maps didn’t help in the SF construction. I would also recommend to have some understanding that some people don’t do well with such imaging and need a little extra TLC. Have a heart and compassion.

  I was fully satisfied with my appointment. Technician was very helpful, polite and knowledgeable about his job. He definitely made my experience easier there. It was great that you validate parking, I found it very helpful as well. I gave 4 stars and not 5 because I am not sure about billing for the test. Other than that it was a very positive experience.
