  The older lady that works at this both sold me a FAKE sterling silver cross for my wife's necklace. When I went back to confront her and tell her she lied and the cross is nothing more than metal. She claimed she never "said it was sterling silver, it's silver" I said lady it's Metal! Just because the color of it is silver doesn't meant when I ask you for a real silver cross to match my wife's real silver chain, I wanted real silver and even paid the price of real silver. Don't go here these people are liars and con artist, it's not just the older lady either, anyone who works there won't help you unless they did the original transaction, so the obviously careless about customer service.
