  Came down for a Mariners game and was truly impressed with the service and quality. We got upgraded to a suite without asking which was awesome. The kitchen served excellent food and the bar service was top notch. The area around the hotel was a zoo with a 4 day series against the Tigers happening. And on the nights we didn’t see a game the hotel staff went above the call of duty to ensure we could get where we needed to go through the crazy traffic with their shuttle service. We will always choose Silver Cloud when we come to Seattle. It’s 5 stars all the way.

  Very modern, comfortable hotel. Great rooftop hot tub and pool, wonderful staff. The desk chair and the lounge chair in the room are both very comfortable. Kitchenette is convenient. Aveda bath products are my favorite!

  The hotel and every one working there were wonderful. The fresh fruit was delicious. The room was great. The view was meh, but the fountain was nice and relaxing to listen to, but the surrounding area views were excellent. I world definitely recommend staying here. Next time I'll bring a bikini to enjoy the top floor pool.

  I spent over 10 nights here while in Seattle and cannot say enough kind things about this hotel. The king bed was ridiculously comfy. The cleaning service was top knotch and left extra tissues when I left a note about my bad allergies. The pool has a full-length section which I appreciate and the gym was what I expected. The spa is a hot tub in the pool room, unless I'm confused, but very enjoyable. Parking is in a garage under the hotel but I never had an issue finding a spot on P2, and there was still an additional level below that! Plus this hotel offers FREE shuttle service every half hour from out front to different points of downtown Seattle. And when you're done wandering around you can call and ask for a pickup even if it's not on the hour or half hour. At one point my friend and I called from Pioneer square and even though that was not a designated pickup location, they said they'd be happy to come to us and a van was there in 10 minutes. Everyone at the front desk was super kind, and the location is fantastic. There are so many great restaurants nearby and the downtown area is only a short 15 minute walk away. This was my first time at a Silver Cloud hotel, and I will recommend it to everyone!! Loved my stay here and you will too!!!
