  I applied for my husband’s (Javier) legal status in the country, back in 2006. After receiving immigration assistance from different firms throughout the years. A little over 2 yrs. ago, I was referred to Tony Silva Attorney At Law. Since the beginning Mr. Silva impressed us with his professionalism and knowledge of Immigration laws. In my husband's case, Tony was always very clear on what he could and couldn’t do for us. My husband case was complicated due to a misdemeanor background as a minor in the state of CA, and even though Tony (nor us) were familiarized on “California’s Expunging/Sealing/Clearing Juvenile Records” laws.   There is only one way to express my opinion: Tony Silva is the man! I retained him as my legal representative for EB-1 visa application and he has been an amazing advocate of my case and a great help along the way.
