  Nice people nice establishment, just don't buy a filter wrench from there. Most expensive oil filter wrench ever purchased.

  Great local shop. The staff are always extremely helpful and they have a selection of the best equipment.

  Had an open house today. Free food. Can't go wrong with free food. Nice people. If your after a BMW motorcycle check them out!

  Walked up to the lawn equipment counter where I had to wait while the employee blatantly ignored me. No one there, but myself. You'd think they would be interested in making a sale. Asked about a replacement chainsaw guide for my Stihl. Was looking to run a longer/thicker OEM Stihl chain. The employee looked at me like I was speaking a foreign language. I knew more about Stihls than he did and I'm not a pro. Spent about 15 minutes explaining to him the specs of my chain so that he could provide me with a new bar. Nothing, he doesn't try to help. Doesn't give recommendations. Just stands there as if I was the one wasting his time. Fine, I guess I'll pay someone else to provide real service. Don't get me wrong, I don't think this a reflection of Stihl, but of this dealer. I would never buy anything (including from their motorcycle selection) from these guys. How can you stay in business when you treat customers like this? I'd love to know. Don't waste your time here.
