  The Staff was very professional and the service was fast but the car had not been cleaned. There was food in thee back seat and balloons and there was pet hair in the front

  I consider my experience with my latest Hertz rental as excellent. The SUV was clean and performed great. The vehicle was lined up waiting to picked up. No hassles, delays or complications. I can only describe it as great service from pickup to turn in. No problem.

  Uber driver circled twice to locate where the Hertz office is located to pickup the car but we still could not find it. We ended up getting dropped off at the Arrival area then took the Shuttle bus - what a waste of our time. It would have been helpful if there was a Sign posted where the Pick office is (and not only the Dropped off/Return) as not all Hertz customers are flying-in/Arriving like us (where we came from our local accommodation). I had no issue at Hertz Ronald Reagan National Airport office on pickup and on return at Hertz Williamsburg VA. Customer service at both offices were good. I will use Hertz again on my next rental and would recommend to others.

  Great service is the key to this they were pleasant fast and very efficient highly recommend using them anytime you're in the Washington DC area. Return was easy in a quick ride over to the airport and my flight out

  El servicio realmente óptimo, sin embargo hice una cola innecesariamente, porque no tenía a quién preguntar para saber cómo actuar ante el mail que me enviaron indicándome que podía recoger el auto inmediatamente. Una vez que llegué al mostrador, me indicó que podía recoger el auto sin necesidad de hacer la cola.
