  The two anchor stores are Costco & Home Depot. Costco also has a fueling station there. Easy access and lots of parking.

  Be careful not to get caught there around lunch time cuz there's an In-N-Out in the parking lot in the line extends through the whole parking lot

  There's a "Chinese Food" place (that IS the name of it, if I'm correct) in there, right by the Subway Sandwiches spot (which, itself, is one of the better ones, too!), & it is MY absolute FAVORITE spot for "fast" Chinese food in my neighborhood (Signal Hill)!!! The food is just GREAT (I think they make one of THE BEST wonton soups around; & their ♡TOFU/veggies♡ & ♡STEAMED VEGGIES♡ are MY staples: I could literally eat that EVRY day, for the rest of my life, & die HAPPY! LOL): they are so awesome, that if you get a LRG/box+ ($10-worth min) item(s)= they'll even make it fresh-fresh FOR you, if you ask! Their prices are very reasonable, the service is super fast, & the staff are TOO nice, if ther's such a thing! LOL Great! Now I want Chinese! LOL

  It's always a good thing to go shopping let's just hope I find something worth buying otherwise it's a nice thing to enjoy searching and looking at items.

  THIS IS LIKE ONE OF THE BEST SHOPPING CENTERS IN THE AREA- BELEIVE IT OR NOT- MADE UP OF TWO SEPERATE PARTS ON EITHER SIDE OF THE STREET...BOTH EQUALLY EQUIPPED WITH STOREZ FOR A SHOPPERS PARADISE. .. CUSTOMER SERVICE A PLUS...!!!???
