  Horrible staff. We went in for a tour around 10am, there was no one to great us. The nursing staff would just walk by without asking if we needed any help. So after waiting for 15 minutes we left thinking that they were probably busy. Same thing happpend when we return 3 hrs later, we had to wait 10 minutes before someone asked us if we needed help. But this time we were given a quick tour after being told to approach the RN. Since she wouldn’t come to us?? They didn’t give us any brochures or asked us if we had any questions. I’m not sure why they are rated so high, when it clearly shows how Unprofessional they were.

  The staff at Sierra Vista are first class! They take such good care of their patients and I couldn't be happier with my time here.

  I currently work at Sierra Vista Healthcare and I have to say its the best place I've ever worked! The facility is always clean and the staff are always friendly. The residents are well taken care of and have a variety of activities to choose from so keep things fun. We are all encouraged to participate in the daily lives of our residents and help each as if they were our own family members which promotes a family atmosphere that's great to work in! This has granted me the opportunity to meet so many new people from the residents to the staff and it makes going to work everyday a blessing!
