  Don't buy or rent a trailer from Sierra Vista they lie and always raising the rent and they are quick to try and kick you out they want down payment upfront before showing contract and say the rent for land is 250 and raise it another 50 dollars after you sign and they have like 13 lawsuits against them and margie the manager has the open sign to office when time to pay rent but isn't there half of the time so you can be late and pay more be carefull don't rent or buy from thus park also they put all pipes above ground to make sure you pay for it and not them there is also a hazard there is only one way in and out which is dangerous if somthing happens everyone would be going out the same way and cars not able to leave a disaster waiting to happen
