Staying here now, been here 2 weeks. Cost is $231 a week(taxes & fees) chairs R poor quality, kitchen needs maintenance. Requested maintenance & after 2 weeks still nothing done. Lots of dogs here, kids running up n down walkways. Dryers in laundry room not venting outside & makes laundry room like a sauna. $4 for one load of laundry. Not a good value here. Stayed for a total of 3 weeks at a cost of $685 including all taxes & fees. The fire alarm went off twice during that time. Second time, the fire dept had th o come out & turn off. Seems some kids pulled the fire alarm. Some people drive way too fast in the partking lot so be alert. They are in the process of remodelling & Siegal has a huge industial size dumpster. Too tall to throw trash in & the back is open & spilling trash all over, DISCUSTING! U can rent an apt cheaper than here & probably have a pool too.

The room i got for a week and the floor looks pretty dirty... From when u walk mostly.. But the bed is super comfortable... You have to pay extra if u want linens tho.. Its cheaper if u bring your own. My total for one week turned out to be almost 300 dollars so that was upsetting... Its quiet hetec.m. im on the bottom floor and theres a huge palo verde tree outside that sheds irs yellow leaves everywhere and these little bugs fall down fron the trees and so do little spiders.. The yellow stuff is easily tracked.

BEDBUGS, COCKROACHES, MOLD, AND IDIOTS. I've never had a worse experience with hotels, and I spend nearly half my time in them. First, they threw out all their customers reservations, including mine. Kept my money though, awful nice of them. Second, there wasn't a single sign of a maid or cleaning service in the entire two weeks I was there, which was promised. If you're not going to clean the rooms like you should, at least provide the linens and a broom. Third, and likely the most frustrating of all is the incompetent service here at Siegel Select. How on Earth can a hotel function when it's run with hours shorter than a hole in the wall bbq? If you show up from a long flight or drive after 7:00 PM, you're out of luck, their closed and you can't check in. If it's Saturday or Sunday and you arrive after 3:00 PM? SOL. If you show up in the predetermined hours and by some miracle the employees are actually there, good luck getting into your room, because they don't have any record of your reservation, despite taking your money. All of these issues are enough for an easy 1 star but that wasn't nearly the half of it. Never in my experience have I ever seen a hotel, motel, hostel, or dumpster in a parking lot with such an obvious cockroach infestation. No matter the time of day there were cockroaches all throughout the kitchen and bathroom especially. We killed more than ten a day. The floor and mattresses were covered in oil stains, reeked of mold, and were so far removed from a decent state that's it's almost laughable. The entire room stank to the point that the windows stayed open as a rule, which traded the stench of the carpets for the stench of marijuana, probably from the management which explains why I could never find them. And finally, to my biggest grievance yet. Bed bugs. That's right, on top of all that and not the least bit surprising were the constant bites we received at nights. TL;DR: BEDBUGS, COCKROACH INFESTATION, HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT, INCOMPETENT STAFF, CLEANING MAID NEVER CAME AROUND, RESERVATIONS WERE THROWN OUT, DISGUSTING ROOMS NOT FIT FOR A HOMELESS MAN, AND RUDE UNHELPFUL EMPLOYEES ALL AROUND TERRIBLE HOURS GUARANTEED TO MAKE A BUSINESS CRUMBLE. one star is generous.
