  Upon arrival to the room. Its not ready, The room was not clean trash was under the bed and a/c unit. The room was swarming with roaches. I could not get them under control even after buying roach spray. So disappointing

  My first stay was great. I never stayed in a extended hotel before I can say it was wonderful I loved my room with the small stove top,fridge, microwave, and flat screen tv. The bed slept so good comfortable clean sheets I will recommend this place to anyone. I had to say the bedroom I fell in love with.

  They definitely lie about the bedding you will think your paying to get a queen bedroom when whole time it’s a full size bed smfh

  So first things first this is an extend a stay apartment like hotel. Which means just like an apartment you bring your own things sheets, blankets,dishes,towels,garbage can ect. It also means you clean it like your own apartment. If u understand that and pay your rent on time you will have no problems living here.We have had no problems living here at all. So if you need an in between affordable place to stay I say give it a try. You pay weekly and after staying for 90 days the taxes fall off and rent goes down plus you get like a week or two free.. They also have a free program to join when you move in and every time you pay rent you earn points towards gift cards and free stays which is nice. I will say the part of the building we live in is nice neighbors are nice as well. If people or cars are very loud outside you can hear it but I've been running the air since its been so hot. So that helps. Overall we really haven't had any problems. The apartment has a small kitchen area fridge, microwave, 2 burner stove top. No oven or dishwasher, it has TV 6 draw dresser, night stand and bed. You do get a shower curtain in bathroom. Bring your towels, toilet paper, soaps ect. I hope this helps you decide if you want to stay here.

  My family and I have been staying here for a while and since there has been a change in management and staff, the difference has been nothing short of AMAZING! A lot of extended stays and motels are high traffic in and out, not somewhere you might feel comfortable with smaller kids playing outside, etc. But this location is more of a community, the kids play together and the people who live here are neighborly and watch out for one another. They now have a summer food program going on six evenings a week for the children, where they are given daily meals from a wonderful outreach program. The new staff is organizing a summer party on the 23rd for the residents, again more of a community outreach / neighborhood block party type deal. The ladies in the office are always smiling and helpful, rates are reasonable, and any maintenance issues are fixed as quickly as possible usually the same day! They have security for overnight that patrols as well. Overall, since the staff and management changed completely a few months ago, I have been highly impressed.
