  First of all, when I arrived to my room.. I noticed that the sheets in my room were dirty with orange and black stains with human hair on the beds. The beds in my room were clearly not washed! Second, the customer service was terrible! The staff was unwelcoming and gave dirty looks every time they saw me. I was also charged additional 200$ during my stay and I was locked out of my room with no one at the desk. Do not stay here! The area is unsafe and the hotel is filthy with sketchy guests staying there.

  This place is awesome!!! Great staff and management. Chelsea, Jamica and staff do a great job. Betty and Tony keep the place sparkling c;lean. You need to stop by and see all the improvements they have done. Great location to the strip. If you need a place for a long term stay this is the place. Dont worry about the previous reviews the security staff here is very good!!!

  Baño y cafetera sin limpiar y la GM Chelsea es tan desagradable como es inútil.
