  I did not have a good experience with this office. I went three separate times and each time was told I'd have to come back as she had someone coming in that she could not make wait. Even though I was on time for my appointment . At my second appointment she asked me to come and bring all my papers and my husband because he would have to sign a few things. I spent a lot of time making copies and my husband had to leave work early to be there on time. She acted like we had never met before she just sat there and stared at us and said " what do you want me to do? You should just call the company your with and see what they could do for you". We went there for financial advice and instead we were treated terribly, I left there feeling horrible. Joan Siegel is a very rude person and I would never recommend her.

  I love to go to Joan Siegel’s office but do to my schedule, etc. , I don’t go as often as I would like. I’ve had my taxes done by Joan for over 35 years. She and all her staff are competent, intelligent and easy to talk to. There has never been a problem with either my taxes or financial advising. I’m grateful to have them !

  I have been using Joan's services for many years. She is very knowledgeable, kind and does her job well. She makes doing your taxes less of a burden and a much more pleasant experience.
